Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packing and shipping your orders, but we know that accidents can happen. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, we’re deeply sorry for the inconvenience. Here’s what to do:

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you need a different size, colour, or a completely different item, we are here to assist you. Simply return the product within the specified return period, and once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the item you desire. Our team is dedicated to helping you find the perfect fabric or outfit that meets your needs, ensuring a seamless shopping experience with us. Order Cancellations:

We get it—sometimes, you might change your mind right after placing an order. If that happens, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once your order has shipped, we can’t cancel it.

We aim to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible:

Orders Received before 12 PM: These will be dispatched on the same day, as our courier collection is scheduled for 3 PM daily.

Orders Received after 12 PM: These will be dispatched the next business day.

If you need to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be accommodated if requested before the order has been dispatched. Once the order has shipped, you can proceed with a return according to our standard return policy.
